Private Instruction
Yoga has the capacity to be adapted to each person’s needs and circumstances. Your yoga practice will always be a unique expression of you.
Private lessons are tailored for your interests, and enable you to delve deeply into the practice in an especially safe and supportive environment. Practicing one-on-one, careful and comprehensive attention can be brought to disabilities, injuries, pregnancy, and life changes, as well as cross-training and overall fitness. Kate will help you create a personalized home practice designed to guide you into evermore health, freedom, and self-understanding.
